RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will accept approved returns or exchanges of items 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If there is no tracking number or proof of received date, the 14 days will be based from the date the order was placed. Please contact [email protected] for additional information on how to return an item.
Items must only be returned in a new and unworn condition.
The refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping costs.
Items that arrive defective will be exchanged and the customer will not be charged for any shipping costs. If the item has no defects or errors, the customer is fully responsible for shipping costs when returning the item or requesting for an exchange.
We currently only ship to ,England, Wales and Scotland.
Our distribution operation handles orders 8.30am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri.
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and shipping. Allow 1 working day for your order to be packaged and dispatched. During the checkout process you will choose your shipping option. Once you have chosen you shipping option and the order is made, the item will be delivered based on the shipping option chosen. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping courier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
If you wish to make an additional order after your initial order is placed, you can contact us and we can help you save on any additional shipping costs by combining the orders.
